Created a messaging and positioning strategy they included key messages and repackaging of service offerings

Re-architected, designed and wrote new TechSupport website

Designed a new logo and overall more polished and accessible look-and-feel for the company

Impact

TechSupport has an improved understanding of what its customers want and need, and is better able to present its services in a meaningful way

Service offerings are accessible to a range of small- and mid-size business customers and their needs, helping TechSupport to form long-term relationships with customers at any stage of business
