Project Summary

New brand communication strategy
We helped this established provider of business communications products during its re-branding. We developed the strategy to realize its new brand in communication materials, in particular one the web and in print collateral.

Approach

Worked with the company’s leaders, marketers, web and graphic design staff, to analyze the intended brand message, the current methods of communication and the audiences that needed to be reached.

Based on the research, developed a brand book that articulated the brand and its meaning and established a communications strategy, including core messages, target audience profiles, content templates for documents and a style guide to ensure all communications would support the brand.

Implemented the communications strategy by writing new or rewriting existing marketing collateral, the web site, ads and more.

Impact

Company’s marketing communications collateral consistently focuses on the target audience need and carries the brand.

Production of high-quality, consistent communications material is speeded and simplified with content templates, style guide and brandbook reference materials.

Brandbook is the basis of all communications activities and is used by internal and external agencies to guide communications and keep collateral on-brand.
